Piano Spectacle

The three young pianists are set to play in the Piano Spectacle which promises to be an unforgettable evening of technical and musical brilliance.

The St Columb’s Hall Concerto Award is a celebration of the ancient cultural legacy of St Columba and his contemporaries who for centuries have travelled from Ireland, across the world, to inspire people with their art.

2025 marked a second year of international collaborations for Le Foyer des Artistes with the Franz Liszt Academy of Music in Budapest, Forlì Cultura and Musica Insieme in Italy. The winner travelled to Budapest in March to play a concert at the famous Franz Liszt Memorial Hall in May and to Bologna in June to play at the Museo Civico Medievale

The Award winner, Kwan Yee Lim performed Shostakovich’s Piano Concerto No. 1 with Le Foyer des Artistes at the Summer Concert on 18 June 2025.
